By subscribing to our monthly handyman service, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Residential Use Only: This service is for residential clients at a single address or unit only and is not intended for property management or commercial use. For multi-dwelling properties, businesses, or property management needs, please contact us for a custom service agreement. Service Coverage: Materials, permits, and any additional fees required to complete tasks are not included and will be billed separately. Each tier covers specific tasks; services outside the defined scope will need a separate arrangement. Additional Service Hours: Each tier includes a set number of service hours per visit. Additional time beyond the included hours will be billed at $75 per hour. Minimum Contract Term: A three (3) month minimum contract is required. Clients may cancel any time after the initial term by emailing team@deftcraftsman.com. Cancellations before the minimum term will not be honored, and fees paid are non-refundable and not prorated. Single Visit Use: Monthly service hours must be used in a single visit. Unused time cannot be carried over to future visits or credited towards other services. Scheduling: We strive to schedule services on the same day each month, but scheduling is subject to technician availability, and specific service dates are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences but reserve the right to adjust service dates. Payment Terms: The subscription is prepaid and must be paid in full before a technician is dispatched. Subscription fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated upon cancellation. Coupons and Promotions: Discounts, coupons, or promotional offers cannot be applied to the monthly service fees for any subscription tier. Exclusions: The service does not include emergency repairs, specialized contractor tasks (e.g., extensive electrical or plumbing work), or services outside the scope of each tier. Tasks requiring permits or specialized skills must be addressed separately. Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, including adjustments to task scope, pricing, and terms. Clients will be notified of any changes that affect their current subscription. Liability: Our technicians are trained professionals, but clients must ensure safe access to their home and work areas. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues arising from structural or hidden problems. Service Eligibility: Services are available within our designated service area. Additional travel fees may apply if your location is outside this range. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary due to safety concerns, misuse of the service, or non-compliance with these terms.
