We offer FREE remote estimates. In many cases we can quote a job over the phone. We may ask you to Facetime, Duo, or Zoom with us so we can see the project so that we can give you the fairest price possible.
  • Why would I hire you when I can hire someone for $40 on TaskRabbit?
Fair question. Being a handyman or general contractor is not unskilled labor. All of our craftsmen are vocationally educated and/or have spent at least 10 years honing their skills. We are properly licensed and insured (up to $1,000,000). They make speak about quality but we offer you a warranty. They may speak about value (in cost) but we offer more important value (your time). We do this by being responsive, on-time, and online. We call you back and we show up when we say we are. We try to be as automated and organized as possible so your estimate, invoices, service reminders and receipts are all conveniently delivered to your phone or email. Do you think it's possible for someone charging $40-70 per hour to offer you the same?
  • Why do you charge for quotes?
The reason why we do this is to keep prices affordable, We reduce frivolous proposal request from insurance purposes and real state agents and we close 95% of our proposals keeping our prices always affordable. When a job DOES NOT qualify for our time and materials rates (expected to cost less than $1,000), we offer free verbal estimates for all labor. If you like what we have to offer based on our general labor assessment, then we ask for a $75 good faith deposit to execute a written quote with all details, including materials. This engagement deposit goes towards the total contract price; if for any reason you decide that you don’t want us to do this work, you can use the $75 credit towards us doing any other work. Present your receipt to redeem the $75 towards different work other than the work proposed.

  • Which services do you provide and which ones do you not provide?
Our goal is to provide as many services as possible. Unfortunately, the reality is that we can't do everything....yet. However, we do most things and there are only a few things we don't do. Also, the few things we don't do we can set you up with someone we both can trust. For a list of the services we do and don't do, visit: Services
  • Can I buy the matieral and just have you install or assemble?
