Since every project is special, we charge a flat rate based on the scope, complexity, and skills required rather than hourly rates. PRICING STRUCTURE
Labor + Materials = Total Price
• Includes a 1 year limited warranty.
• If you provide the materials, we will only charge labor (warranty only covers materials we provide).
PAYMENT
• We accept most forms of payment including: cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, & card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
• Payment accepted in person and we also accept credit card payment over the phone.
• All residential clients are required to pay at time of job completion.
