Since every project is special, we have different pricing options available for what fits you & your project the best. We work off of one pricing structure and then offer 3 types of pricing based on the details and size of your project. PRICING STRUCTURE
Labor + Materials = Total Price
• Includes a 1 year warranty.
• If you provide the materials, we will only charge labor (warranty only covers materials we provide).
PAYMENT
• We accept most forms of payment including: cash, check, & card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) Credit Card payments subject to 2.9% surcharge.
• Payment accepted in person and we also accept credit card payment over the phone.
• All residential clients are required to pay at time of job completion.
PRICING TYPES
BID PRICING
This is usually for large & non-standard projects (ex: deck construction or complete kitchen remodel). We will need to go out for an estimate and give you a total bid price for the project.
STANDARD PRICING (does not include material costs)
This is usually for normal-size & standard projects (ex: leaky faucet repair or shower remodel).
First Hour
