Apprentice Field Technician (Part-Time, Path to Full-Time)
Clark, NJ - Serving the surrounding counties
What you'll do
You'll handle residential improvement and maintenance work for our clients, from small repairs to larger projects, working from written job scopes with minimal supervision. Every job is a chance to build a customer relationship that lasts, so quality and professionalism matter just as much as skill.
What we're looking for

Hands-on experience in home improvement, general contracting, or a skilled trade (drywall repair, caulking, door and hardware installs, basic fixture swaps)

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Good communication - customers will remember how you made them feel, not just how the work looked

Willingness to learn our way of doing the work, follow our standards, and wear the company uniform

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
What you'll get

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience, paid weekly through payroll

Please note: This is a W-2 employee position, not a subcontractor or 1099 role. Employees work only on company jobs and sign a client non-solicitation agreement. This role is not a fit for anyone looking to bring their own customers or run their own jobs. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check (including driving record) and drug screening after a conditional offer, in accordance with applicable law.
